What does a freight broker do?
A broker connects shippers with licensed motor carriers. We find the truck, agree the rate, handle the paperwork and stay on the load until it delivers. The carrier hauls the freight.
What information do you need for a quote?
Pickup and delivery city and state, the pickup date, the freight type, weight and the trailer you need. Dimensions help for flatbed and oversize freight.
How do you choose carriers?
We check that the carrier has active operating authority and current insurance, and we review their safety record before we tender a load.
I am a carrier. How do I start hauling with you?
Fill in the carrier setup form with your MC number, contact details, equipment and lanes. We will send the setup packet and what we need from you.
Where do you move freight?
Anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States, from our office in Middletown, Ohio.
When do carriers get paid?
Our standard pay terms are 30 days from receipt of a signed proof of delivery and invoice. The terms are written on every rate confirmation.
Which equipment types do you work with?
Dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, step deck, LTL and partials, and specialized or oversize loads.
